- Session link or call details will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Reminder notification sent 1 hour before the session
- Access to the session is available 10 minutes before the scheduled start time

- Any supplementary materials will be shared via email during or after the session

- Delivery within 24 hours of session completion
